The Western classical tradition is the reception of classical Greco-Roman antiquity by later cultures especially the post-classic West, involving texts, imagery, objects, ideas, institutions, monuments, architecture, cultural artifacts, rituals, practices and sayings according to my research on the Western classical tradition.
My art is all about a lake with the sun setting on it and it has a lighthouse beside the lake. I painted this as a connection to Western classicak tradition because of the imagery, objects, the architecture and the ideas of this painting and many more.
